 Do you handle international orders/domains ? .
Yes. We currently host domains for customers worldwide and can host any valid domain name extension.
For eg.: .nl, .edu., .com.cn, .co.in and
others.
What kind of payments do you accept ?
We accept all the Major Credit Cards only, In some cases we may accept money orders/transfer please contact our sales for details
Can I add any extra features for a fee?
YES, we can install any software or Perl module needed for your accounts, but we need to review it first. usually this
shouldn't cost extra.
Can I upgrade and add any extra option(s) later ? .
Yes. this is our concept at work, whenever you need something you can add it immediately.
Is there any fee to transfer my domain to you ?
No fee for transferring your existing domain. |

Does the
sub domain have its own FTP and Emails ? .
YES, this is a unique option, each
sub domain can be placed in a folder in the main account, has its private FTP .
Can I set the
sub domains and their FTP from my Control
Panel? .
YES, you will never wait for our team to do this!
Do you have a SMTP server ? .
Yes, we also support SENDMAIL programs for your scripts and have a ready to use webmail program through the Control Panel.
What are the Operating System and Server Software you use ?
Linux RedHat
8.x or higher, Apache 1.3.x or higher.
Can I point additional domains to the same main page as my current domain? .
You can add and forward domains to the same
home page for FREE !
Does each account get a unique IP Address?
Default is No, but you can have yours for extra fee.
How long does it take to set-up a new account?
Currently it takes from few minutes to 6
hours after you complete the submission
procedures.
